IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." Representative Therriault moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 447(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 2. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representatives Therriault, Barnes, and Phillips: Page 1, line 6: Delete "appropriation made in sec. 5, ch. 19, SLA 1993, lapses" Insert "appropriations made in secs. 4 and 5, ch. 19, SLA 1993, lapse" Representative Therriault moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Green moved that the House adopt the appropriations from the constitutional budget reserve fund under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska. The question being: "Shall the appropriations from the constitutional budget reserve fund under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, be adopted?"
